Dr. Kellar F. Noggle Endowed Scholarship


Dr. Kellar Noggle served as the Executive Director of the Arkansas Association of Educational Administrators from 1976-2005. Prior to 1976, Dr. Noggle contributed 15 years of educational service to the children of Arkansas.

As a tribute to Dr. Noggle's outstanding leadership and to honor his long-standing relationship with the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville, an endowed scholarship was established in his name.

Anyone wishing to contribute to the scholarship can send a check to: University of Arkansas, College of Education and Health Professions Development Office, 303 Graduate Education Building, Fayetteville, Arkansas 72701.

Garrison Scholarship


Mass Group Marketing (American Public Life) of Plano, TX and the Arkansas Association of Educational Administrators annually award a $1,000 scholarship to a son or daughter of an AAEA member. John Beesley, Chief Executive Officer of Mass Group Marketing, established the scholarship in memory of Dr. C. B. Garrison, former Superintendent of the Fort Smith School District.

Selection is based on academic excellence, leadership in school activities, work experiences and community service. For more information contact AAEA at 501.372.1691.

AASEA Memorial Scholarship 2010

Scholarships are awarded for undergraduate junior, senior, or graduate study in the following fields related to the education of children with special needs: Mental Retardation, Speech Therapy, Emotionally Disturbed, Specific Learning Disability, Hearing Impaired, Orthopedically Impaired, Visually Impaired/Blind, Special Education Supervision, and Administration or other related fields at the AASEA Scholarship Committee’s discretion.
