Each year the Association recognizes an outstanding Arkansas gifted education administrator/coordinator to receive this award. The nominee must be a practicing gifted education administrator with at least five years of experience and a member of AAGEA. The 2024 AAGEA Administrator of the Year is Stacey Plumlee of the Springdale School District.
