May 1 is the target date for AR state parks to open to Arkansas residents with self-contained RVs. May 15 is the target date for AR restaurants and food service facilities to open to limited capacity with social distancing enforced.

Gov. Hutchinson & Sec. Key announce that no traditional graduation ceremonies will be held in AR until after July 1. This date will be re-evaluated as additional public health data becomes available. Districts can submit requests for non-traditional graduations to DESE.
